Lara is an inspirational Coach and Mentor. She has conducted group training for our company and individual coaching over several years.

Group Training took the form of Insights Discovery, team building and some HR training. Individual coaching was more tailored so we were able to tackle a range of topics.

From the very first coaching session Lara demonstrated an incredible ability to understand a wide range of challenges and was able to offer guidance and sound advice at every twist and turn. Her strategies have been invaluable in helping develop a clear vision for my team and my role, providing me with practical tools and frameworks that I continue to use. Beyond her professionalism as a coach, Lara is a great support and empathetic mentor, always able to offer sensible advice and guidance. Her genuine interest in success through people relationships is a constant source of motivation and encouragement.
