Meet The People Person

Lara-3.jpg

Hi, I’m Lara. I’m the Chief People Person.

Although this section is about me, you’re probably more interested in what I can do for you. If you’re a purpose-led, creative and ambitious individual or company who cares about their people and likes to do things differently, you’re in the right place.

Following a successful career in HR, leadership, and my own personal development journey, I founded The People Person in 2019 with the specific aim of helping people be happier, healthier and more successful by getting the best out of themselves and those around them. I believe if we all did this better and more often, even by just 10%, the world would be a greater place. Helping develop and grow brilliant leaders and brilliant teams to achieve their potential is a good place to start. It also has a clear and proven bottom-line impact on business performance but its impact goes well beyond that.

Having led my own teams, trained extensively, and coached and developed hundreds of people over the years, I’ve developed a good sense of what’s likely to make you succeed and reach your potential.  I understand how you can so easily become your own worst enemy when it comes to accomplishing the things you want. And I know how to grow a business by investing in the people in it - both in their skills and their mindset.

My approach blends practical with philosophical, business with life, and cheerleading with challenge to help individuals, leaders and teams unlock their potential and live and work with more awareness, greater fulfilment and increased confidence and purpose.

The People Person is more than just me. Depending on your needs and the size of the project, I also draw in a strong personal network of carefully cultivated People People. They are associate experts & colleagues who will help you unlock potential and make a positive dent in the world.

 My Credentials

I’ve trained and worked hard to earn my stripes and make sure you’re in safe hands and achieve the outcomes you’re looking for. I didn't find a spiritual calling after an ayahuasca experience in the jungle or finding myself in Nepal (fun as they sound). In an unregulated and highly saturated industry like coaching and personal development, when you work with me you can be confident you're dealing with someone who is qualified, experienced, and who operates with ethics and integrity and walks their talk.

LINKEDIN is the best place to check out my full professional background but here are some highlights.

  • Two decades of people development, coaching & leadership experience operating to Board Level

  • Globally qualified and accredited coach (INLPTA, AC, ICF)

  • NLP Master Practitioner & Trainer (INLPTA)

The link between what we eat, how we feel and how we perform is becoming increasingly clear and more people are starting to wakeup to the importance of nutrition in wellbeing. Caroline is The People Person’s star nutritionist helping people individually and at work to support their health and wellbeing through the food that they eat.

With first-hand experience of the busy London corporate life and challenge it brings, she left a successful career in Marketing for several high profile brands to become a fully qualified and registered nutritional therapist.
