Lara and team have been a delight to work with and provided invaluable expertise in helping Music Support. They worked with us to develop our recruitment, assessment and selection processes which has helped us to improve selection and matching volunteers to the right roles within our organisation.

The People Person also played a key role in introducing our charity to Mental Health First Aid, providing all the early Mental Health First Aid training to our staff and front-line volunteers which received excellent feedback and which has been transformative for the charity and the vital work we do supporting people in the music industry with mental health and addiction issues.
