When I embarked on a major career change switching form a senior management role in fashion to founding my own creative wedding floristry business nothing prepared me for the realisation that setting up a new business alone would be so lonely.  While it's exciting to finally be following your dream it also throws up a mirror to how you work without a team to provide support or other people to throw ideas. around with.  

I knew what I needed to do and I had the motivation to do it but without the pressing deadlines or accountability I needed something or someone to focus me.  Working with Lara did exactly that and so much more.  I pretty much knew what to expect on paper from the  Prospering Solo Programme but what I hadn't anticipated was just how much of a cheerleader Lara would be.  The encouragement, support, loyalty and friendship she extends goes above and beyond expectation and her genuine kindness and desire for your success means Lara has a canny knack for helping you maximise your strengths while encouraging you to focus on finding ways to overcome the barriers.

Our coaching sessions gave me the structure I needed in those early days, the head space to focus on my goals and the clarity to move forward with confidence and self belief.  The investment has absolutely paid off and I'm delighted that the goals I set for Dove & Myrtle during the programme were well and truly exceeded!
