Debbie - Executive Director

I knew from the taster session that I was going to get along with Lara. She has the most caring way of taking you out of your comfort zone but get in there with you to make sure you're ok. She questioned me just enough to make me do a complete U turn of what I thought I needed and showed me how to find what I wanted. I'm the most independent, stubborn woman I know and she still managed to work her magic, praising me without patronising and digging without being intrusive. In short - she rocked.
