How:
Over approximately 6 months you will receive:
7 x 1 hour one to one monthly personal coaching session via Zoom
An Insights Discovery® Personality Profile Report . Insights Discovery is the industry leading personality profiling tool which offers profound insight into your strengths, weaknesses, blind spots, how others see you, and how you communicate.
A People Person Profile report and debrief identifying areas of wellbeing and areas for personal growth.
Focus, challenge and support on “hot spot” areas already identified or which emerge through the process. Typically these can be areas such as maximising your effectiveness, managing executive stress and wellbeing, getting the best out of people, leading people and organisations, and uncovering any limiting beliefs that are holding you back from reaching your potential.
Opportunity for 360 degree feedback compilation and analysis from your team and stakeholders if required*.
Mentoring and guidance on employment and HR issues within your business so that you are getting the best out of the people who work for you and staying out of employment tribunals.
Further coaching hours at a 10% reduction from the standard hourly rate.
For new company sponsors we can offer a complimentary consultation session of up to an hour with the HR or exec team to understand the needs, culture and aims of the business.
Investment:
Programmes start from £3,750 + VAT for company sponsored leaders. Reduced pricing is available for fully self-funding clients.
Prices are subject to VAT. Payment options are available.
We don’t work with everyone. If we don’t think we have the right coach for you we’ll tell you honestly and, where we can, will try to help you find someone else who better meets your needs. Same goes if we are fully booked and you don’t want to wait until we have an opening. Our main goal is for you to achieve yours, however that happens.
