No one likes being told what to do or boxed in a corner. And if you’re working with milennials, (which you definitely are as it’s anyone born after 1980), they really don’t like being told what to do.

Coaching is about helping people find their own solutions through skilful questioning and listening instead of forcing answers and opinions on them. It’s a crucial skill for anyone in a line manager role and especially in flatter structures where people expect more of a say in their own jobs and careers.

In this 1 day workshop you will learn the GROW coaching model as well as questioning and listening skills and will have the opportunity to practice being coached and coaching other people so that you can go back to work and use your new skills right away.
