We will develop a structured plan around the new job and based on the feedback you got from interview, and you'll be able to contact me in between our sessions if any emergencies crop up so that you feel fully supported the whole way through.


What:

With focussed, supportive & energised personal and confidential coaching around the areas most needed, over a period of 3 months and with at least 7 direct coaching hours with me, we will help you make the best possible start so that you don’t become overwhelmed or trip up before you even begun. We will work on vital areas such as;

  • Mindset to set you up for success and make the right impressions

  • Developing a personal development plan based on the requirements of the role, your experience so far and any relevant feedback from the interview process.

  • Creating a realistic and achievable 90 day plan to help you succeed from the off.

  • Identifying key stakeholders and what they require

  • Building solid relationships from day 1

  • Settling into the culture and staying sane as you get to grips with the new job.

  • Getting the best out of your new team

  • Adjusting to your new boss

  • Managing workload and expectations

  • How to ask for and accept feedback

  • Support with any factors outside of work that are affecting you from being your best.


How:

 On the Start With Success Programme, you will receive;

  • 1 x 2 hour introductory kick start coaching session with me followed by 5 x 1 hour sessions every 2 weeks over 3 months in person or by Skype (7 hours in total).

  • An Insights Discovery® Personality Profile Report worth over £150 plus additional 1 hour report debrief session with me by Skype. This is the industry leading personality profile and gives deep insight into your strengths, weaknesses, blind spots, how others see you and how you communicate.

  • Help to create a tailored 90 day Personal Development & Success Plan developed specifically around their existing skills and the requirements of the new role

  • Stakeholder mapping so that they are influencing and impacting the right people and places

  • Access to me during coaching sessions and by email in between for emergencies

  • A £30 donation on their behalf to the “LendWithCare” organisation which supports entrepreneurs in Third World Countries.

  • Option to book further hours of coaching with me if needed at a reduction from my normal hourly rate.

* For new Company sponsors who are supporting someone on the Start With Success programmes I can also offer a complimentary consultation of up to 1.5 hours with the employer to understand what you need from this new person and how things work at your place so that I have greater context. The content of the coaching conversations however will remain totally confidential between me and the new starter regardless of who foots the bill!


Investment:

 For up to 6 months of support the total investment for company sponsored* employees is £2,700. 

For fully self-funded clients I offer a special reduced price of £1,800.

*For new company sponsors I offer a complimentary consultation session of up to 1.5 hours with the executive or HR team to understand the needs, culture and aims of the business.
